What if there is a highway closure that forces a reroute?

In the event of a highway closure within our service area—commonly I‑70—trips may be rerouted via Highway 285, adding approximately 55 to 100 miles. In such cases, an additional $100 reroute fee will apply to account for the extended distance and travel time. Any additional closures or unexpected route changes will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation & Payment Policy

Payment: 50% due at booking; remaining 50% due five days before pickup.
Cancellations:
- More than 5 days before pickup: fully refundable
- Within 5 days but more than 24 hours: 50% refundable
- Within 24 hours: non-refundable, with the exception of airline cancellations or major delays

What if my flight is delayed or rerouted?

If your flight is delayed or significant changes occur due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate you. If we cannot, we will assist in rebooking with a partner provider. Additional fees may apply for extended wait times or changes to the pickup airport.

What happens if Wolf Ridge Transportation can't arrive to your scheduled pickup?

While we do our best to navigate even the most extenuating circumstances, there are times when factors beyond our control—such as road closures—may prevent us from arriving at your pickup on time. If we are unable to reach you within a reasonable timeframe, we will make every effort to rebook you with a partner provider or provide a full refund.

Are Pets Allowed?

Yes, well behaved pets are allowed. An additional fee may be incurred if there any required cleaning due to an excessive amount of hair left behind.

Are there any other fees?

Last-Minute Long-Distance Bookings: All trips booked within 24 hours of pickup and exceeding 15 miles will incur a 12% surcharge.
Early & Late Pickups: Rides with pickups before 6:30 a.m. or after 10:30 p.m. will incur a 20% surcharge.
Extreme Conditions & Reroutes: Last-minute rides during blizzard conditions, road closures, or reroutes beyond the $100 Highway 285 route through Hoosier Pass will have fee adjustments handled on a case-by-case basis.
